This shop is amazing!! I brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado and it looks like nothing ever happened to it maybe even better! My service advisor Devry was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly so I could understand the process. Anna was also very involved she sent me updates almost daily. This team is amazing and I would recommend anyone to visit this shop!!!

Corey and Aulani were amazing. I was updated with every step taken. I really appreciate that a lot. It took less than 3 weeks before I got it back but I was satisfied. It was like driving a new car again. It was very clean inside and out. Highly recommended! Thank you Hendricks team!

I was very pleased with my experience at Hendricks Luxury Collision Center. Wyatt did a fantastic job in making the entire process at HLCC run as smoothly as possible by keeping me well informed and taking great care of my car. In addition, customer service was top notch!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

RECOMMEND 10000% GREAT work ! Don’t listen to the other reviews these guys did amazing. Victor is a great person and great friend he always keeps you informed and makes sure the job is done correctly. They did a hard project color matching and installing carbon fenders as well as fixed and replaced my quarter panel. If you have a high end sports car/BMW this is the place to go.

Summary: While the front office staff—especially Austin Wixon and Randal Medlin—were fantastic, the actual repair work was unacceptable. If you’re considering bringing your “luxury” car here, rethink it. ⸻ I brought my 2021 Toyota Supra to this shop for rear-end damage repair after it was hit in a parking lot. I’ve taken exceptional care of the car and made it clear I wanted it handled with care. I even drove an hour each way because I trusted their reputation. Sadly, that trust was misplaced. The car was dropped off July 15 and picked up August 7 after they said it was finished. When I arrived, the car was parked under the front awning. Immediately, both my wife (who isn’t a car person) and I noticed paint defects in the clear coat on both doors. A tech tried to fix them on the spot, and I was told to let them know if I found anything else. Once home, I put the car on a lift and discovered serious problems: ⸻ Major Issues Found • Overspray everywhere: The car is yellow, and the entire underside—rear diff, axles, subframe, heat shields, and wiring—was coated in yellow paint (see pics). There was also clear coat overspray on the hood, doors, windows, and all four wheels, even
